• You must provide your correct full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address when creating an account.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required — this involves uploading a photo of your national ID card or passport.
• Keep your account password strong and never share it with anyone.
• Sharing or selling your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.

Brazil Wins reserves the right to hold large withdrawal amounts (generally above ৳50,000) until KYC verification has been completed.

3Payments & Deposits

Brazil Wins accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other major mobile banking platforms in Bangladesh. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–3 minutes.
• Brazil Wins does not charge any additional fees on deposits.
• Deposited funds may not be used for money laundering or any unlawful activity.
• Depositing via a third-party payment method is not permitted — all payments must be made from an account registered in your own name.
• If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, contact support — it will be resolved within 3 business hours.

4Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals from Brazil Wins are subject to certain conditions. The standard daily withdrawal limit for regular members is ৳50,000 — VIP members have a higher or unlimited limit.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–10 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the wagering requirements attached to that bonus must be met.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is still pending.
• Brazil Wins reserves the right to carry out additional verification for any withdrawal that appears unusual or suspicious.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Brazil Wins offers a variety of bonuses — welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, free spins, and more. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements and validity period.

• Claiming a bonus more than once is strictly prohibited — each bonus offer can only be redeemed once.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
• Attempting to withdraw a bonus balance before meeting the wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Once a bonus expires, any unused bonus balance will be automatically removed.
• Brazil Wins reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• A maximum withdrawal limit may apply to winnings from free spins.

6Gaming Rules

All games on the Brazil Wins platform operate according to international standards. Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.

• In the event of any dispute over a game outcome, server logs will serve as the definitive evidence.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, Brazil Wins will settle the bet based on the last completed round.
• If a Sports Betting event is cancelled, the staked amount will be refunded.
• For in-play betting, if the odds change before a bet is confirmed, Brazil Wins reserves the right to accept the bet at the updated odds or cancel it.

7Prohibited Activities & Penalties

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Brazil Wins. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Using automated bots or software to play games.
• Colluding with other players.
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or glitch in the game system.
• Using your account for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Attempting to complete KYC verification using a false identity or fraudulent documents.

8Account Closure & Restrictions

Brazil Wins may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Where evidence of a terms violation is found.
• For transactions that appear unusual or suspicious.
• If evidence of registration using false information is found.
• Upon instruction from a regulatory authority.
• Extended periods of inactivity (generally more than 18 months).

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time. Any remaining balance (subject to wagering requirements) will be returned.
